Thought I would post a few bits and pieces I made this weekend for trades etc. The top "card" has a painted and stamped background (just love those vibrant colours as does its intended recipient) and I just love this Paperbag Studios stamp, stamped here in a beautiful pink chalk ink. And my scallop edge scissors continue their comeback!
This card is a variation on my scrap collages - vintage image, part of a postcard image printed on vellum, lace, stamping, handmade paper, some machine stitching, buttons and some white doodles.
This ATC is made from some magazine paper that got covered in paint (in the workshop I did with Misty Mawn she showed us how to blot and texturize our painting by using good quality magazine pages and the results are often just as nice on the magazine page!). I added some stamping, stitching, some bling, a couple of doodles decoupage butterflies and a tiny shrink plastic butterfly which I have coloured with alcohol ink. The whole ATC is much more vibrant in real life.

Hi
Love the last one. Must treat myself to these alcohol inks - yet more stash - but I have to have something on my shopping list with all the textile shows coming up!!!!
Cheers
Love what you're doing - again - though I'd just settle for the alcohol!
I've had to give you another accolade in the form of a blog award ... thanks so much for all your help over the past few weeks.
cheers
